  1. Do you know what the problem is with this application as it is not available for viewing online? I've heard that it has been invalidated by Cornwall Council so can you tell us if you think it will be returning?

  3. dear Mr Toms, I have information that a questionnaire has been distributed in West Looe, as yet I have not been in receipt of this and I would like clarification if this is a selective distribution or one that is distributed to every house hold in the Looe and west Looe area, many thanks

  5. I am objecting to the proposed Tesco’s and extra housing off Barbican road, East Looe. The layout is completely car focused. It will increase pollution, lead to the destruction of the High Street and loss of tourist resulting in Loss of jobs. The resulting Tesco’s monopoly will result in lack of choice and lack of competition for shoppers. The shop and housing is too large and visually out of place in the beautiful countryside and special looe coastal environment loved by tourist and homeowners. This proposal is contrary to the National Planning Policy Framework paragraph 23,24,26 , and Policies CL9 and CL10 of the Caradon Local Plan valid till 2016. Please stop any developments on the green field land when there are Brownfield site available., such as the Millpool, Polean by the existing trading estate.
