Hi All, I have been sent the information below regarding physical activities and disabled, if you are able to complete the survey it will help, Regards Armand Apologies if you have already seen this or already sent on but please could you help circulate this email and below link to any parties including individuals that you know of in Cornwall… The Cornwall Sports Partnership and Disability Cornwall are committed to ensuring disabled people in Cornwall have the opportunity to take part in sport and physical activity. This questionnaire is to help us find out what access disabled people in Cornwall have to sport and physical activity and what barriers exist. We are keen to hear about the sports and activities you currently participate in and what others you would like to do. This information will be used to help develop our sport and physical activity provision and to improve existing facilities. Every person that completes this questionnaire will be entered into a draw for a £50 Tony Pryce sports vouchers for their shop in Truro.
