Allotments

Sometimes you have to keep going to get something and over the past few years i have tried to get enough land for the needs of the local residents who want alltoments. A couple of months ago i met a land owner who is willing to consider letting us have four acres of land on a twenty year lease. The final decision is if the Town Council is willing to run the allotments at a negative cost to them, this will be talked about at next Monday's (25.06.12) Town Council finance and works committee meeting. So anyone wanting allotments please contact the Town Council on 01503 262255 to get your name added to the list and attend the meeting at 7pm to support this project Regards Armand
